Guess why they call it Tree Kale?

We got this last year at the teaching garden. It literally was a little sprout. We put it in water,
let it get roots, then put it in the ground. A year later, and look where we are! We eat from this probably once a week. When you take the leaves off, a new shoot grows to replace the one leaf. You can eat these leaves, or snap off and put it in water like we did. So far, we've started or given away 5 new plants, and will plant a new one for ourselves.
