CSA - Community Supported Agriculture

If you haven't figured it out by now, I'm a real supporter of local. Local anything. Local (independent and small businesses), local food, local living.....

Subscribing to a CSA is a great way to support your local farmer. Basically, for a certain amount of money, you purchase a share of the farm's produce. You experience both successes and failures with the farm and collect weekly fruits and vegetables. Members of our CSA get the first harvest of crops before anyone else does, recipes for more unknown items, and access to the farmer. It's a really cool thing. Last week, each basket was over 20 pounds of food!

We are proud of what we grow, how we grow and harvest it, and how our food benefits our neighbors.
