The Stinking Rose
Way back in early January, the Husband and I decided we wanted to grow garlic. It was too late to order any bulbs from seed catalogs, so we went to Whole Foods and bought 8 heads of garlic and planted them.
We harvested them yesterday. Probably could have come out a week or so ago, but we are learning and I am thrilled! So, from 8 heads, we harvested 129 bulbs. We need to let them cure now. But we are pleased at what we grew and learned along the way.
