Winter Garden

The winter garden is very VERY different than the summer garden. Everything grows slower, including the weeds. There is less to do, but a lot of plans to be made. Here are a few photos of what is growing in my garden:

Lettuce (we have Spinach and some Pak choy, too)                   Fava beans to add nitrogen back into the soil and also make yummy beans.

My absolute favoite kale - Dinosaur (or Tree) Kale                                          Garlic, sticking it's lovely arms up to the sun!
