Loom
I found a loom on Freecycle last summer and am FINALLY getting around to taking weaving lessons. It's not easy. However, I am excited that I will now be able to do something start to finish..... process fleece, spin into yarn, and weave into cloth... blankets or whatever.
This loom is called 'counter balance' and has to do with the way the frames are pulled up (and down). The loom I am learning on is a 'jack loom', so after class is finished, there will still be a tad of a learning curve for me.
I see blankets in my future!

Just don't let your shuttle end up in the kitty box! What would be weft afterwards?
