Ladies and gentlemen -

10 Acres. Off grid. Lots of room for farming, chickens.... maybe even a goat or two.

Back off....

We've been searching for a mighty long time. This is yet another perfect home for us. Now, if you're thinking about putting your hat in the ring, I'm telling you, back off. This one is ours. Let me tell you why you don't want this....

1. It's completely off grid
2. The generators don't work for the solar for electricity and will need to be redone
3. You have to travel along three miles of dirt road to get to the house
4. It needs a new roof
5. There are mountain lions and wild turkeys in the area
6. It has 9 acres of land, mostly on a mountain side. You don't want to hike those trails, do you?
7. It is in desperate need of new paint on the inside.

So, like I said, great for us, not so great for you. Stay away. I'll sick one of those mountain lions on you.
